#OccupyLA

Something huge has happened this night. LAPD has disassembled the occupiers, and everything seems to be going in a peaceful matter. The only thing that I do not agree with is how the media is told what to report, and when it is a negative view about them, the images are taken off. A little earlier, a protester started to tell off a reporter for one of his comments he made, and the image happened :to get cut off. That is some straight bullshit! But the movement goes on, and the message is clear. Peace and Love will always prevail, the police department so far is respecting the rules, as well as the protesters. I hope everything goes well with it all, no one gets hurt. Remember this date, it will for sure, be in the history of this huge movement that has started. There is no way of stopping it now. Good luck to all.

23.11.11

I will publicly say it!

There are some subjects that I choose to avoid because they are what are known as "too sensitive". But I don't currr...I do what I want! So as I sit here typing, drinking my margarita that I was craving during my last post, I think to myself, why some things in life have become forbidden. I understand that most people can not handle certain things, but every one does or use them anyways. I agree that maybe some 18 or even 20 year old can not handle liquor right now that it is illegal for them to drink, one can only imagine if they would be able to legally purchase and consume at that age. But as we know, certain things taste and feel better when they are prohibited. So we want to do them even more. I know for a while I was stuck on drinking, but that got old after the first couple of months. Not saying that I do not like it, but being 21 was not much of a difference except that I can actually go somewhere and buy it myself. Age is not necessarily the marker for maturity. Some people do it faster, others take a very long time to do it. But in other countries, the legal age limit is 18. And the "kids" treat it as whatever. I do not believe it is right that this country, allows people to enlist and kill other people, witness horrific things that they will forever have to live with, but return home and not be able to consume alcohol legally. That is not right, but for now, we can not change that. Another thing that I do not agree with is Weed. Yeah I said it. I know my family will not approve of it, but I would not be afraid to tell them that I do use it occasionally. I believe it receives too much negativity, and I am sure everyone has tried it at least once, including those people who are "against it". I am not going to say it is okay to sit there, baked all day, and not do much. But it does help with a lot of stuff. Helps me focus, relax, and most importantly, think! I know sometimes I think way too much, and it fcks with my head because of it, and does not let me sleep. But a friend of mine posted this, which I believe helps me out alot. "You have always had trouble falling asleep, it means your not supposed too. You are cursed to stay awake thinking of random shit attempting to understand it all." I feel like I am lucky enough to think this way, and hopefully help everyone that I can. But the bad thing is that most of the time, you do not know how to tell someone something because your afraid that they will look at you all crazy, like you do not really know what you are talking about, when you know you do. haha. Being in a higher state of mind is great, but we also know that we have stuff to get done, and we will do them well. I understand that many people will be quick to judge, but I do not care. One day, I will be somewhere, and those older people will super judge me, think horrible about me, and I will just remain quite, because I know I am more successful than I imagined, but do not take pride in boasting to them. But the moment they realize exactly what I have, how hard I worked for it, and how much I will continue to work for others till the day I die, is the moment that I will feel accomplished. Not in a snobby, I'm rich your not way, but in a way that I know I did good, I made people proud, and will continue to do it. I love my family, I do not know where I would be if I did not have such a great family, as well as my few close friends. I love every single one of you guys, and I promise one day, we shall all be at the top of the hill, looking down and thinking, damn, we came a long ass way. But it will not stop there because we will help so many people get better in life, and at that moment, all the hard work, all the hours at work and school, sleepless nights, breaking backs and minds, will all be worth it because we proved people wrong. It is going to be great, and what we do, is our shit. Drugs, Sex and Music. Not in that order and not in a bad way either. haha

More music

... My whole life has been determined and shaped by the people I’ve looked up and the people that have supported me, Bloody Beetroots and Church of Noise is something I owe to people to potentially be as important to them as things that influenced me to make the choices and live as freely as I have. Mindless techno bollocks this ain’t. Enjoy. But more importantly, be inspired. To dance, sure. And hopefully, to live freer.

Music!

I honestly did not know what to write on the other post but it just came pretty easy as I as listening to some tunes. And I remember some words my old coworker is goiing to get tattoed on her. "Words Fail Music Speaks" What else is there to say. When we do not have words to describe, we can drwon ourselves in music and everything is fine. But not just in a bad time it can be used. Time to concetrate on a task, maybe like some homework. We can use it to our advantage because that is when we are truly free. No judgement or opinions matter, you listen to what you like. I know they say not to mix business with pleasure, but in the line of work that I want, Music is the buisness, because we love it so much, and have that natural passion, we can make it work. Bringing it to the world is what we love doing the most, and helping others get it out there is something I am looking forward to. Yes the money is good, but the hours are one of the longest and harshest in any job, but we love music that much that, at least me, would do it for free. I plan on making many dreams in this life true, as well as help as many as I can to accomplish theirs. I think I will start attending two schools starting this January, and I know I will not have time for much, but I really plan on making this happen now, and I will bring you up to date on all the awesome adventures that I am sure, I will be having. Got a couple of things lined up, and I am excited. Hope you all have a great day. As for me, it is 1.30am so that means time to go lay down and turn on White collar. Music is Life.

post numero cinco five

I been meaning to post something but I haven't had a chance to. Plus all my ideas seem to disappear when I actually get behind the keyboard. But it is okay, inspiration comes when I am listening to music. I have 40 min. left on this mix so let us see how it goes. Thanksgiving is coming upon us, and it is one of the best holidays of the year. Family time is the focus point, and I know that lately it has been growing harder and harder to spend some quality time together, but we should try to cherish those moments as much as we can, because we never know when they will stop. I love hearing stories about other people and how they use to do holidays growing up. It is great to know we all have memories that we will never forget, and how little things as a child can affect us so much, in a positive and negative way. Hopefully you have more positives than negative but if you don't, do not worry about it because you have the chance to make it better for you, and your family in the future. As long as you are happy to be with family, or friends, whoever makes you happy, you will have great holidays. Cook or buy some good food, fck the diets for a week, and then come back and work out harder next week haha. As for me, I will begin my intense training for the marathon soon. So counting calories as well as training hard and eating healthy will be a main focus coming up. But the holidays come once a year, and they are never the same because you always have different people with you. So do what you like, eat whatever you want, and remember that we will never get a second chance at this years holidays again so do what makes you happy. But remember to not be selfish either, and try to compromise on somethings as well. Buy some board games, get some junk food, and have a lot of fun with your family on these cold nights just because. We are all in this life together, and one day we shall all go, so let us work together to make all of our journeys great. The weekend is upon us already, so like always, have fun but do not do anything stupid. Try to smile all day, and say hi to strangers. You never know whose day you can completely change by just being friendly. Take some time to thank everyone and everything that is in your life right now. Because no one else has those things. Although it may not seem like a lot, you have more than a lot of people in a different place. So this year, do a good deed, maybe donate your time, money, or a small gift to someone who needs it. Remember, we are all here together, One Planet, One Country, One Race. Everyone be safe and have fun. Peace and One Love.

Just keep swimming..

Here's a fact about me, I do not know how to swim! But ever since I saw Finding Nemo, I have wanted to go swimming with the jellyfish! They seem so soft and jiggly, like you can play with them. But obviously  that is not possible because you will get stung. But there is a natural water basin on the Eli Malk island of the Republic of Palau, that it is possible to do this! They are the only animals there, so they have not had predators for the last 12,000 years. Because they lost all predators, they lost the need to defend themselves. Over the last 12,000 years, they have lost their stinging abilities through evolution! Check out this badass video! One day I shall be there as well, but first I have to learn how to swim haha. Have a great weekend everyone!

 Jellyfish!

Rules..

Rule#2: money isn't everything, so never make it a reason to lack happiness.. (arion)
Rule#3: happiness is what ever you call it. Don't be forced to live someone else's life so you can "be happy"
Rule#4: you start of by making yourself happy before trying so hard to make other people happy.

18.11.11

Lets get this started. The great Rules!

I got this first one from a producer and dj.
Rule#1: there is no such thing as "LUCK". Unless given to you, most things in life have to be worked for. Even winners of the lottery invested into that ticket. In most cases, that investment was made more then once because they really wanted those millions. If the concept is hard for you to grasp, just replace the word with "FAITH".. Have some, never quit & go get it..

Musica Fridays!

It is a great day! Everyday is great but today for some reason seems so much better. Maybe it is because the start of my college life might begin soon. But either way I hope you are all having a great day. It is gloomy outside but I love it. If you do not, don't be down about it, make the most out of it! So today is Friday, the official start of the weekend, so let us start it off with some massive tunes. I have some beautiful songs from some bad ass bands. Rage against the Machine along with Cypress Hill live! I really hope to see Rage against very soon, I have seen Cypress Hill twice and they are really good at what they do. Their concerts are just so good, they put on one of the best shows I've seen. And how I love to mix it up, the second song is from a dj/producer, although he does not claim to be a DJ. haha. He has been making a lot of noise in the electronic music scene, and for a good reason. He puts out ridiculous tracks time and time again. I hope you enjoy these songs as well as your weekend. Make it great and be safe. We only get 52 weekends a year so take advantage haha. Peace and One Love

Dubstp Thursdays!

Church of Noise

sell out of settle, that's the choices we get
they tell us that it is useless to even fight back
it only takes five fingers to form a fist
it only takes one thought to rise up and resist
it only takes a sound to change the beating path
it only takes love and courage to take it all back

The Best

Strive for nothing but the best. Why do you not deserve the best things in life? Who says you are not allowed to have a fancy car? A big ass house? The newest styles of clothes? I am not a materialist person, I can live without those things, and I have for a while. And even though it is nice to have those new things, life isn't about all the artificial things that we can have. It is about those things that cannot be bought. Love, Respect, Honor, Dreams, Humbleness, Peace. But who says that we can not have them either way? Why can that guy living in a penthouse suite in NY, or the guy living in the hills of LA have it all but you can't? The way I see it, ANYBODY can have it if they want it. I do want to have that lifestyle, but I would of course help as many people as I can who need it. Of course my family who has never stopped supporting me, the couple of true friends that I have. The people in dire need of help. I am not scared to not have anything, but i rather have some and be able to use that to help out, as well as try to teach other people how to get it as well. No one can tell you no, except yourself. Be strong, be determined, be patient, and believe that you will have it! Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. We only have one life, and no one is sure what will happen after we pass from this earth, so why not make it the best? If you do not want all those things and your happy, then that is great as well. We all have different views on what it means to be truly happy. As long as your happy, you made it all worth. It is never too late for a new beginning, everything does happen for a reason, even in bad situations, you learn to make the best out of it. Do work, I truly believe in all of us. Peace and One Love

Week....end?

I have not been able to say that I had an amazing weekend in a good while. But thankfully, today is one of those times I can! As we all know, I am deeply in love with Los Angeles, and this weekend I went twice! It was simply amazing. On Friday I went to one of my favorite places in the whole world, Venice<3. It was very random and spur of the moment thing but it turned out great. Went with some new people I do not usually hang out with but I had such a great time, and I can not wait to repeat it many more times. Since it was random, we went pretty much unprepared and had to dig deep into every crevice to find change to pay for parking. haha Not to mention I had not ate at all and my breakfast was a 4loko with some chips. But it was a great breakfast nonetheless. So as we are walking towards the boardwalk, the sky decided to let some water fall on us! Yes, it started pouring, which was pretty funny and cool because it just added to the randomness that this trip was. But like all the good things, we made the positive come out, and shortly after it stopped raining. We had a cool time just walking around, talking to the vendors and coming up on a bad ass art piece. I met a friend of a friend of mine, and she was the one that actually traded a beer we had for a sandstone carving with her name. Winning! We then kept walking around and looked through some stores and found a bad ass elephant piece for a good price. It got dark and as much as I love Venice, it is not a good thing to walk around there, especially with three young girls. haha But we made it out safe and sound and went to eat some chilli's =]]. I love the vibe there in Venice and can not wait to go back again soon. No matter what time of the year it is, it is always really fun to go and hang out with some awesome people, which I did. We took some pictures with an awesome camera which I need to purchase soon. You can see some below. On Saturday, I attempted to go partying with some other friends in far away land, aka close to COACHELLA! aka Indio ha. The flyer seemed pretty legit, and the location sounded like it was going to be a really good place to party at. But when we pass by the house, it looked like a total FAIL! and on top of it all, the kids there were trying to charge to get in. That was way too funny, the guy who's party it was, was turning 24 but all the attendees looked like they were in high school still. Total fail but made the most by coming back and hanging with our good friends. Finally, on Sunday I went to this amazing mall known as The Grove in LA. i have gone every year during the Holiday season but did not actually see the "tree lighting" so I attempted to go today. We arrive about two hours before the ceremony was scheduled to begin and it was packed with a lot of people already. There was some good people scheduled to perform, but no one was aware that the show was going to be taped, and not in a cool way. They had to do a couple of re takes, and cuts, all while telling the crowd when to cheer. Either way, it was a cool experience and I will look for it when it is broad casted on TV. I still say that my role in life is not to be in the audience, but behind the scenes, putting it all together and making it happen. I will make it happen, as well as moving out to LA very soon. I am ready to start my life, and help everyone around me. Either way I saw it snow, the vibe of everyone was very good, everyone was dressed in winter fashion, and I ate King Taco. I had a great time as well laughing with the great people i went with, and can not wait for our next adventure. I have come to realize that sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone and just say fuck it, and go with the flow. Meet new people, travel to new locations, eat new food, wear whatever you want. Memories is all we will have one day, and those are the moments that we live for. Everyone have a great week, be safe, do work, and do not put your head down, everything will be okay in the end...if it is not okay, then it is not the end. Peace and One Love.

i Must say....

my Cousin lost her turtle once, while she was walking him.
i Love the bloody beetroots, and today I found out they will be playing at TAO nye.
the Big bang theory is an amazingly hilarious show, the way it is written just makes so much sense.
although Venice is scary at night, I would still be down to live there for like a month =]
the Rain is amazing! I love gloomy weather, and the cold temperature.
"how Much have you had to drink tonight?" "just...a lot"
the World did not end yesterday.
the World can be a better place, if you want it to be.

Music Fridays!

The weekend is finally here again! although this past week went by real quick, the weekend is upon us again so we must take advantage of it. Today I woke up to the sound of rain, great choice by me on leaving the window open last night, two points! That sound is very calming, and it is an indication of the perfect weather outside! I personally love the coldness, love the rain, although I will admit that it does come with some negatives. But like with everything in life, lets turn it all into positives and see the good in everything. Today, as we all know, is Friday! That means today we is music Fridays, and I believe I have two good songs for you to give a listen to. The first is by, who I think is a genius with words, Scott Mescudi & David Guetta . The song is pretty old, and was starting to get played out on the radio at the time of release, but I still consider it one of my favorite songs. Two greats came together and made an amazing tune together.  Like I've said in the past, I am open to any type of music, and my personal taste will vary from minute to minute. At the moment, The Strokes are blasting while I clean this place I call my room. So of course a Strokes song is in need. Great song as always, which is my second favorite song from them. The words of the song are deep, every time I hear them, I can't help but sing along. Everyone have great weekend, be safe, drive extra careful. Remember, patience is key so take your time, its fun to live fast but its pointless to live stupid. Peace and One Love.
David Guetta ft Kid Cudi- Memories

The Strokes- Someday (live on letterman)

Happy Dubstp Thursday!!!!!!

It is Thursday yet again! That was quick, seems like just the other day I posting this up. Tonight is the start of the weekend! and I hope I get to do something chill, nothing too complicated. This week I do not have the traditional video of one song, but I do have something real special. It is the whole set of excision at Shambhala. I personally think it is amazing. I hope you enjoy it, and have a great day! Peace and One Love.

Dia de Los Muertos

The day of the dead is a Mexican celebration. In my house, we do not necessarily celebrate it in the traditional way. We do light up a few candles, one for each of our passed loved ones. I know many people have altars in their homes, as well as make or buy sugar skulls. This is usually done by Mexican families, but when you are in America, everyone celebrates all kinds of holidays from different races, countries, and religion. I think that is great. Yea, they may not have that heritage or beliefs, but if they are there to genuinely learn and appreciate, that's when I see that we as humans have a little bit of dignity in us. We are all humans even thought we are all different. We are not going anywhere and that is a situation you can not change. The only thing that can happen when you cant change a situation, is to properly adapt to it. And we start by learning, respecting and appreciating one another differences. I was really intrigue in seeing not only Hispanic people, but different races today at a festival that I attended. The festival was great, put on in a simple but great way. There was a lot of different vendors, all showing off there specialized goods, and everywhere you look, there were the skulls that are traditional for the day of the dead. The vibe was really great, very welcoming and everyone seemed to be having a good time. There was live music, masks, face painting, as well as a place for you to put your own traditional altar in remembrance of your loved ones that have passed away. I am glad that I got to attend this with so many other people. Our traditions and roots is what makes us, what we believe in and what helps our with our tough life decisions. It is also important to always keep in my mind that we are all human, and that we are not necessarilybetter or worse than another race. I love my race, the nation my parents are from, the beliefs they grew up on, but I also acknowledged that I would not trade it for my own way of growing up. I learned, as many of us have, to live with two nationalities, and love both for what they have to offer. But that's a whole different issue. Everyone have a great day. Peace and One Love

Happy Halloween!

I love this simple yet very fun holiday. well the nice innocent side of it is simple. Kids dress up once a year, go out in the night, ask for candy, and have the best time at school the next day. I remember going to school and having a great day after Halloween because of the amount of candy and sugar we would eat through out the day. It was great. And also, this is October, my birth day month, so that's another thing great from it. In general I like this month because for the most part, the true cold weather begins. Love the winter clothes that we all wear, and the longer nights we have to wear them. The next holiday is thanksgiving, which is a great holiday since it is one of the few times the whole family gets together. Everyone should take advantage and spend time with your family while you can. So this is out of topic, but I also wanted to thank everyone who read the blog, in my first month I got to almost 500 views, which I think is great. This is something new I am working out, and I promise it will only get better, more photos and videos will be up, as well as new songs every week. I will try to buy a good quality camera soon, and any adventure that I have will be up as well. I would also like to give a special thanks to one of my good friends who shouted out the blog in one of his videos. Check out his videos if you have a chance  on youtube. He is doing his thing, and working hard to get to where he wants, much love and respect to him. So October is officially gone, now time to welcome November, which I am sure will be an incredible month as well. Everyone be safe, I leave you with my favorite scene in one of my favorite movies. Yes I know it is the beginning ha. Peace and One Love.
